Adey Steel Group would like to congratulate our Welding Coordinator, EngTech TechWeldI IWS Adam Newton for successfully completing a Diploma in Welding Engineering with The Welding Institute (TWI). Recently qualifying as a European and International Welding Specialist.
Adam joined the company in 1997 from college, doing an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship. Always expressing a desire to expand his skills he then went onto a Chargehand Supervisor before Welding Coordinator.
The Internationally recognised qualification Adam now holds covers key welding skills including; design, production and advanced welding processes. This not only builds upon Adams extensive knowledge of steel manufacturing but also helps Adey Steel deliver the highest quality items with expert service.
